I too was screwed by the above websites. stupid me i wasn't watching my account carefully. but after about an hour i found a number to call 1-888-243-6180 and they were able to get both removed with the same call. Now when you call they may tell you that your credit card number is not valid, try your telephone number and talk to a real person and you may have to go the to the "CERT" team but it only took a few minutes on hold and hopefully now it's cleared up. my problem now is with the Federal Grants network. Any suggestions?

I also received a bogus charge for $19.95 for a membership to this. When I called the number on the website, it took me to a representative. She was actually very helpful and said that I joined the membership when I bought something on restaurant.com. I explained that I didn't accept any offers on that website. Anyway, supposedly it will be cleared up within 2 days. It wasn't a long or hard process...but we'll see if it was actually refunded!
