1. Written by Liliana Delara, on 06-10-2009 17:45 My husband got billed $19.95 by them. We have no idea how they got his debit card number. We have used none of the vendors mentioned. When I called 1-888-238-1798 to cancel it they agreed to do it, but refused to tell me what this charge was for because my husband was not on the call. Let's see!
2. Written by Dee from Pennsylvania, on 31-07-2009 11:51 I know what you mean I just called and got names and Id numbers also because they charged my account 39.90. I work in an office and most important thing to do is get the id number and the names of the person who you talk to and call your banks and let them know there are fraudlent charges on your account. I may have to close my account and go somewhere else and open a new one thanks to them. They even had my maiden last name from 10 years ago...... Bastards!!!!
3. Written by Kim, on 27-08-2008 04:13 Consider purchasing your advertising needs from a local, professional promotional products distributor in your area. Even though purchasing on the internet can be convenient, dealing with a local person face to face can eliminate a ton of these problems. The pricing is competitive and you'll have the added benefit of dealing with an actual person!
4. Written by Sonja Hunt, on 21-08-2008 12:06 I have been a customer of Vista Print for well over a year. I have ordered many of products, as well as promoting my business using there website tools. I was very disturbed about the fact, that they want me to pay an extra $17 and $14.95 mnthly fee to get my site back up and running. I am a teacher and was laid off the end of June, No finances was coming in. I have referred several people, in which all have purchased products. I joined the referral program, and have not been given any bonuses for referrals. The representative would not wave the $17 or give me a credit.....I am pissed.
5. Written by Rotten Vist Print & Businessma, on 01-05-2008 22:05 I am very upset with this matter. I see that I also have been charged a membership fee and didn't sigh up for a membership with businessmax. I also called the toll free number provided in my bank statement 888-584-2217 CT. I called vista prints about this and they said call businessmax. Since I have already called businessmax and got the run around, I told them that I have already called and that I would like the contact information and the ownership of businessmax. The representative said that I would have to call 888-584-2217. Which is the same number listed on my bank statement. So I dug deeper. I asked the representative who the owner of Vista Print was and found out that the owner was Robert Keane and that the physical address of Vista Print was: VistaPrint Limited c/o VistaPrint USA, Incorporated Customer Care 95 Hayden Avenue Lexington MA 02421 USA The customer rep didn't know the locations of vista print The customer rep didn't know where the main office was and he kept having to talk w/ his supervisor. Pretty sad that an employee wouldn't know this information. :-( If your reading this: "Please close your account." maybe if enough people close their account that vista print will quite this B.S.! I was doing a lot of thought about this and when I think about it I get madder and madder about it. They gave my information to another company. How more violated could you be? Yes many companies give away or sell information on people like name/address/phone/email but not credit card/debit card information. How about this folks........ Why don't we go together and file a class action lawsuit against vista print for giving our information away and another against businessmax. My email is: I hope this helps :-)

Was placed on hold for 20 min. Then the rudest person in the world got on the phone Employee #49497 I told her to cancel my account and I was disputing all charges she said she would. Low and be hold I look at my account today and theres another charge for $14.95. So now I have written my bank and filed a dispute with them! I never authorized a membership with these people. dishonest company. FYI if you oder online like I do make sure you read all the oder page before you commit to buy I guess that how they get you fine print at the bottom. NEVER AGAIN! |
8. Written by PISSED!, on 24-03-2008 10:34 I have had the same scam happen from Restaurant.com. AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIA charged $14.95 to my account for three months. I'm on hold with them to cancel as I type. I have been on hold for 15 minutes already. I will hang on until tomorrow if I have to. Dishonest PIGS.
9. Written by Rachel Bau, on 27-02-2008 07:36 AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIA is a scam. I was charged $19.95 so called membership fee in my credit card without my knowing. They said it's because I took a discount of $15.00 from a VitaCost order online. I called 888-999-0564, and demanded my money back. Take down the person's name with her ID# for record. She said she will cancel the membership and credit it to my account. I am waiting to see if that will happen!
