There was a note saying it is because I shop online. So, who doesnt now days. That is crap. Will someone please help me? What is wrong with people these days? What is the world coming to?

| 1. Written by Pam, on 25-10-2009 14:32 They charged my cc twice before I noticed. Called the number 10/21 on the statement (877-442-5774)and spoke to rep. She gave me no hassle and said they will cancel the "membership" and credit me in 2-3 days. We shall see. 10/24. |
| 2. Written by chris, on 23-10-2009 11:22 There was a charge on my account for $11.95 and I had not even used my card that day. There was a phone number given when the amount charged was being processed 888-238-1798, when I called the bank to ask for them to investigate this charge, they had been given another number to call 888-238-1797. I called both to see what is was and the first number wanted either a membership password or my credit card number. The second number I called was some guy's voice mail. Then, I had to wait for this charge to go through and it gave yet another number 877-442-5774 asking for my membership password or my credit card number. I had to cancel my credit card and my bank is in the process of investigating the charge. Pretty upset that this happend and have to go through cancelling my card and wait for another one. |
