I just had this happen to me: the best way to deal with this is to call your bank, have your card canceled and have a new one issued to you, and to request paperwork to file a complaint against the company. My bank is going to refund me the money that was fraudulently charged to my account, as well. You might want to call the company first, just so you can tell your bank that they were uncooperative in refunding your money. And believe me, they will be: when I called the company, they told me that they could only refund me one month's charge: they'd been charging me for the past three months. The bank will record this as "uncooperative in refunding money" and will issue you the paperwork to file a dispute.
